Any Water Meters that are CQC aware?

I purchased the Brultech GEM, and for now just doing a bench test. CQC is trying to connect, appears to connect, but then I get these error messages. Any thoughts? I set up the config file, and tried it with the help data and blank, but no go. I can always put it in the test harness, but maybe someone knows what I am doing wrong.
