Any way to pause/resume via - Spot - 03-23-2025 Is there a method to pause/resume a driver via events? I am using the RCS serial driver to run two furnaces on the same RS-485 Bus. However, sometimes one or both thermostats will drop offline. I cannot figure out the cause, but notice loss of connections. Sometimes the driver restores both thermostats, but other times it will have one or both missing. The odd thing is that it will only restore one thermostat at a time via a manual pause/resume of the driver. I probably should look to why the driver doesn't restore both when it regains connection...but this seems like it could be more expedient until I get some available time I would plan to monitor a specific parameter & if non-existent (fail), then I'd pause the driver....delay, then restart. Any thoughts? |
